No civilized country wants to be accused of this; some say those countries that support economic terrorism should be drummed out of the United Nations and every other international origination.  

Well here is how it stands right now in my view. OPEC is waging economic terrorism on the United States and the entire civilized world by holding our nation hostage to their oil production. At their whim, or worse their strategic plans, they raise or lower production.

Last month in America the cost of living rose by more that one half a per cent due primarily to oil prices going up. The cost of gasoline went from $1.39 per gallon to $1.89 in seven days in my hometown. Sure the oil companies are gouging us but OPEC is the one that provides them a lame excuse to do it. This is an unprovoked attack on our economy! It’s ECONOMIC TERORISM!

China is holding the dollar up against their currency in the international market and has been for several years. It makes China’s goods and services artificially cheaper and they have gained control of much of out economy by doing this.

I went through my closet this morning and checked where my shoes, socks, underwear, shaving cream, razor, ties, shirts, pants, sweaters were manufactured. Not America!
I went into the kitchen and found the same thing about most of our appliances, the living room and the TV, stereo, CD player, DVD, all the same. I looked at the boxes on components I installed in my computer last week, The name on my computer is an American Company but none of the components are manufactured in America.

Just like most of you, I was under the impression that the computer age started in America. American companies still sell us computers and although the technology began as our own, it now is produced, or out-sourced to other countries. We think we are buying American but we war not! 

Ask yourself this question. How many cars purchased in America each day are manufactured in America? The answer is VERY FEW!  They may say GM or Ford but where do they come from? Where was the engine manufactured? What country were they manufactured in? Who owns the company and who profits from the sale?

Several years ago the Chrysler Corporation was going under. America interceded and loaned them enough money to keep them afloat. They came back because UAW workers and a US management team made concessions, worked hard, repaid every dime back to America, and brought their company out of bankruptcy. They are now DaimlerChrysler and their profits go to Germany, not America!

Each and every day, our jobs are being out-sourced to India, China, and many third world countries. It is not only alarming, it is ECONOMIC TERORISM!

Dwbya says “We are the greatest country in the world” and he is right. Unfortunately the truth is when it comes to our economy he’s not seeing what is happening. Instead of a vibrant, progressive economy, we have a stagnant and shrinking economy. An economy where five percent of out people are making a fortune off the stock market and low taxes while the people are going in debt, the nation is going in debt, and the ownership of America is going down the same road as Chrysler.

ECONOMIC TERORISM is doing its job! Dubya has lost THREE MILLION JOBS and he is replacing them with new jobs. These new jobs will be called CONSUMERS FOR THE WORLD! Doesn’t pay anything but its regular work.
