Bush is anti-public education

The Bush/Cheney record on education speaks for itself.  George Bush failed to provide the resources necessary for schools to meet the new requirements of The No Child Left Behind Act.  As a result, schools are being punished, but not supported. Just look at how NCLB has been purposely underfunded by 9 billion for 2005.  Bush wants public education to fail so that those who are not wealthy will become undereducated.  If you haven't looked at the details of NCLB, you should. (Here's one website you could visit:

You would have to be blind not to realize that this is Bush's underhanded way to get vouchers to be accepted.  NCLB is his tool for proving that public education does not work.  As an educator, I am dismayed by this agenda.  I hope more teachers will see through the smoke and mirrors and realize that Bush is anti-public education, and not good for this country and it's children!
