Mozark handles Delinquent Accounts
Receivable and NSF Checks Nationwide and on a International level. We collect
on a contingency fee basis, and have NO upfront fees or sign up charges
for our services. We only charge a fee if we are successful in collecting
money for you. If we do not collect your account/s NO fee will be charged.
( No Collection = No Fee )
Rates
( 35% ) accounts under 500.00
dollars and/or over 1 year of age
( 25% ) accounts from 500.00
dollars to 2500.00 dollars
( 20% ) accounts over 2500.00
dollars.
Litigation
Should your account/s require
Litigation to collect we have access to collection attorneys all across
the USA and most foreign countries,( Your rate will increase to 35%. )
No account will be sent legal without your consent.
As a client you will be responsible
for the filing fees and court cost associated with your case should litigation
become necessary.
Fees Are Negotiable Depending
on Volume, Age and Account Balances.Contact Mozark to tell us about your
collection needs.
International
For debt collection outside
of the USA, we strive to keep our rates as low as possible, however International
accounts simply cost more money to get collected. Rates will vary depending
on location and size of claim. Please contact us to have us design a rate
program to suit your needs.
